Cancellation Policy

When cancelling in less than 24 hours, notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount and "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100%. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Additional Policies

A credit card is required to have on file to honor the cancellation policy. The appointment is paid for in person after the session is completed. There is a 3.5% processing fee when paying with credit card. I accept cash, card, or Zelle payments.

 

Professional draping is used at all times per Texas regulations.

Mystic Fae is a licensed therapeutic massage practice. Any inappropriate requests, comments, or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due, and may be reported to law enforcement. Zero tolerance, no exceptions.
